How do I get started with your personal training program?
To get started, simply book a free consultation through the “Schedule Your Free Call” button. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your fitness goals, current activity level, and any specific needs or challenges. From there, we’ll create a personalized training plan that suits you best.
Do you offer online training sessions?
Yes! I offer both online (virtual) training and in-person sessions (location permitting). Many of my clients prefer the flexibility of virtual training, which allows us to work together no matter where you are.
You’ll get the same personalized coaching and guidance through virtual sessions as you would in person.
What equipment do I need for online training?
For online training, I can tailor workouts to the equipment you have available, whether it’s just your body weight, a few dumbbells, or a fully equipped home gym. During our consultation, I’ll ask about your available equipment, and we’ll create a plan that works with what you have.
How often will we train together?
The frequency of training depends on the package you choose:
- Beginner Package: 4 sessions per month (1 per week)
- Intermediate Package: 8 sessions per month (2 per week)
- Advanced Package: 12 sessions per month (3 per week)
We’ll work together to schedule sessions based on your availability and fitness goals.
Can I change my training plan or package later?
Yes, flexibility is key! If you feel like you need more (or fewer) sessions, or want to upgrade your package for additional support, we can adjust your plan as needed. I regularly assess progress and adjust the plan to keep you on track and motivated.
Do you offer in-person training?
Yes, in-person training is available in specific locations. If you prefer hands-on guidance, we can arrange for in-person sessions depending on your location. In-person training can also be combined with virtual sessions for added flexibility.
How is progress tracked?
For all clients, I track progress based on the goals we establish during our consultation. This could include fitness assessments, body measurements, performance tracking, or general well-being feedback. I regularly check in and adjust the plan to ensure continuous progress.
Do you offer discounts or long-term packages?
Yes! I offer discounts for clients who commit to 3-month or 6-month plans upfront. This not only provides financial savings but also ensures better results with consistent, long-term training.
