After choosing your plan, we’ll start with a one-on-one virtual consultation to discuss your fitness goals, history, and available equipment. This conversation ensures your program is tailored specifically to your needs. If you’re unsure which plan is right for you, feel free to schedule a free 30-minute consultation to help you decide.
2. Get Your Personalized Plan
Once the intake forms are completed and your plan is ready, you’ll receive a tailored fitness plan via the Trainerize app, complete with video demonstrations, progress tracking, and detailed instructions.
3. Begin Your Training
Follow your plan at your own pace, with ongoing support and communication to ensure you’re progressing and staying motivated.
4. Track and Adjust
