We just returned from a week-long family vacation throughout beautiful British Columbia. Among the many places we discovered, one of our favorites was Revelstoke. Nestled amidst majestic mountain ranges and picturesque landscapes, Revelstoke captivated us from the moment we arrived. Join me as I take you through our favorite memories, exploring the top 5 must-do activities in Revelstoke, BC – a paradise for adventure enthusiasts.
1. Glacier National Park
Our first stop in Revelstoke was the legendary Glacier National Park, and it did not disappoint. Glacier National Park is a haven for nature enthusiasts, featuring awe-inspiring glaciers, rugged mountains, and a diverse range of wildlife. The park offered a variety of hiking trails, catering to all skill levels, including the kids. We chose a family-friendly trail that led us through ancient forests, and the kids were thrilled by the abundance of wildlife we encountered along the way.

2. Mount Revelstoke National Park
On our second day, we ventured to Mount Revelstoke National Park, which is a nature lover’s paradise, We took the MEADOWS IN THE SKY PARKWAY, a scenic drive that takes you on a journey through subalpine meadows with Several Stops along the way. This picturesque route is adorned with wildflowers during the summer months, making it a must-visit attraction. As you ascend higher and higher, the panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and snow-capped peaks unfold, leaving you breathless. There are abundant opportunities for hiking and stopping along the way. Our favorite stop was the ski hill viewpoint.

3. REVELSTOKE MOUNTAIN RESORT
Revelstoke Mountain Resort, known for its winter wonders, transforms into a thrilling playground for summer adventurers. Embrace the warmer months with an array of exciting activities. We ended up camping at Blanket Creek Provincial Park, which was one of my all-time favorite campgrounds! We were fortunate to have a site right on the lake, which offered great views and privacy. The sites were all very big and well-spaced, so You didn’t feel like you were camping on top of each other. Not only does The park offer picturesque camping spots and serene lakeside views, but it also offers well-maintained hiking trails. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll or a challenging hike, this park caters to all preferences.
5. LIVE MUSIC IN REVELSTOKE
