I’m a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with years of experience as an endurance athlete, coach, and outdoor guide.

I’ve completed Ironman triathlons, trained athletes at all levels, and led extended wilderness expeditions. Now, I help people prepare for their own outdoor challenges — with training that’s smart, safe, and effective.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, just starting out, or planning a major hike, I offer programs that meet you where you’re at. Online and in-person options available.
