I’m a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Certified Personal Trainer based in the Pacific Northwest with over 20 years of experience in fitness, strength training, rehabilitation, and endurance sports.
I help adults build strength, improve fitness, and stay active long term through practical training that fits real life. I work with clients in their homes, apartment gyms, at The Bay Club, and remotely, creating structured programs designed around their goals, schedule, and fitness level.
