Training sessions are available in clients’ homes, apartment gyms, local fitness centers, workplaces, and at Bay Club in Edmonds. Many clients choose to train at home or in their apartment gym for added flexibility and convenience, while others prefer training in a traditional gym environment.
No home gym is required. Equipment can be provided for sessions, and workouts can also be designed around any equipment you already have available. Programs are built around your current fitness level, goals, schedule, and training experience, making in-person personal training a great option for beginners, experienced exercisers, or anyone getting back into a consistent routine.
In-person personal training can also be combined with online coaching and workout programming for additional flexibility and accountability between sessions.
